Questions

Will you read my DMs?
No. The AI processes your messages to draft replies, but no human at Mystic Inbox reads your DMs in normal operation. The only exception: if you specifically ask for help debugging an issue, we'd review only what you point us to, with your explicit permission each time. Never silently, never broadly.
How does Mystic Inbox connect to my Instagram and WhatsApp?
Through Meta's official Graph API — the same secure connection that Stan Store, ManyChat, Linktree, and 100,000+ business apps use. You log in via Meta's own screen, choose what permissions to grant, and revoke access anytime. We never see or store your password. We never scrape.
Is the AI doing the readings?
No, never. You do the readings. The AI just handles inbox admin — price questions, booking flow, follow-ups, testimonials. The reading itself stays 100% yours. The AI never touches what you say in a reading.
Will my clients know it's AI-drafted?
Replies are drafted in your voice from your past readings — and you approve and edit every one before it sends. Most readers find their clients can't tell the difference because the words are still in the reader's tone, vocabulary, and style. You're always the final voice your clients hear.
What if the AI says something off-tone?
You catch it before it sends. Every draft requires your tap to go out. If something feels off, edit it in 10 seconds or rewrite from scratch. The AI learns from your edits and gets better at your voice every week.
What if I'm a Vedic astrologer, not tarot?
Works the same way. We just configure it for kundli or birth-chart intake instead of tarot spreads. Numerologists, oracle readers, and energy healers too — same core product, different setup.
Where is my data stored, and can I delete it?
Encrypted at rest and in transit on secure cloud infrastructure. You can export everything anytime in one click. Delete your account and all data is wiped within 24 hours. We never share, sell, or use your data to train other AI models.
Do you take payment in my currency?
Yes. Indian readers pay in ₹ via Razorpay. UK, US, EU, UAE, and others pay in your local currency via Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. The price you see in the corner is the price you'll pay.
What if you don't ship?
100% refund, no questions, by July 15, 2026. You take zero risk on the timeline.
Can I just wait until launch?
